and the life everlasting.

Celebrant              Will you continue in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in the prayers ?

Celebrant              Will you persevere in resisting evil, and, whenever you fall into sin, repent and return to the Lord?

Celebrant              Will you proclaim by word and example the Good News of God in Christ?

People                   I will, with God’s help.

Celebrant              Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?

People                   I will, with God’s help.

You’ve written up a “creed” earlier in this inquiry.  Write up from the Baptismal promises and other sources what you think are the distinctive practices of Christianity.  Explain your reasons for the practices you identify.

For your own growth and your own personal use, write up a rule of life for yourself which identifies how you intend to exercise these practices in your own life.  This is for you. You don’t have to share this with anyone if you don’t want to.
